4.1 Atlas Voice
Atlas Voice is provided as free software:

- You are responsible for how you use the transcription outputs
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of Atlas Voice

Atlas Warehouse is currently in development. Terms of use will be provided upon release.
4.3 General Atlas Suite Disclaimer
Use of the Atlas Suite tools is at your own risk. These tools are provided free of charge and are not intended for production-critical use without proper testing and validation in your specific environment.

5.1 Our Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by OpStudio BV or our licensors and is protected by Belgian and international copyright laws.
5.2 Client Projects
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:
- Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business information and data
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
- OpStudio BV retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or reusable components developed prior to or independently of the client project. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use such components as part of the delivered solution
- We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and skills gained during projects
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, subject to client approval
6. Payment Terms
For professional services:
- Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
- Invoices are typically due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Belgian law
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and maintain strict confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose client proprietary information without explicit permission, except as required by law.

- Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
12. Data Protection and Privacy

For B2C clients (where applicable): You have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent.
